Secaucus, NJ: On October 20, 2024, over 200 people attended the 18th annual Health Fair organized by Health Camp of New Jersey (HCNJ) at the Shree Swaminarayan Temple.

This non-profit event provided comprehensive health screenings, education, and counseling for uninsured and underinsured participants, offering services across medical, dental, and mental health disciplines.

The event saw a wide array of healthcare professionals, including physicians, mental health providers, pharmacists, and medical students, offering services particularly focused on the South Asian community.

The fair also provided preventive care, flu vaccinations, and education on women’s health disorders, with a strong emphasis on disease prevention.

Secaucus Mayor Mike Gonnelli attended the fair, commending the efforts of HCNJ and the dedicated volunteers from the temple.

Since its inception in 1998, HCNJ has provided health services to over 13,000 people in South Asian communities throughout New Jersey.
