San Jose, Calif.: Three suspects linked to a $1 million burglary spree targeting the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community have been arrested after an extensive six-month investigation by local law enforcement.
The group, operating across San Jose, Cupertino, and neighboring cities, allegedly committed nearly 80 burglaries, stealing jewelry, purses, and firearms.

Authorities say the burglars used rear yard and sliding door entries to target high-value homes.
San Jose Police Chief Paul Joseph described the suspects as a “really sophisticated crew.”
Facing 72 felony counts, the suspects remain under investigation as officials seek additional crew members.
Mayor Matt Mahan commended the operation, emphasizing that justice will prevail, stating, “If you come here to commit a crime, you will be caught.”
