Atlanta, GA — Renowned spiritual leader BK Sister Shivani captivated Atlanta’s community with her empowering message of mastering the mind and life through spiritual awareness during her visit on September 14 and 17, 2024.

The sessions, held at Shakti Mandir and Global Mall, drew over 4,000 attendees from across the U.S., eager to gain practical insights into overcoming everyday life challenges.

Sister Shivani, a practitioner of Rajyoga Meditation since 1996, shared profound wisdom on recognizing oneself as a soul, not just the body, and managing emotions through self-reflection and selfless service.

During her speech at the Global Mall, themed “Master Your Mind and Master Your Life,” she emphasized the need to combat the five vices—lust, greed, jealousy, ego, and attachment—through the mantra “I am a soul.”

The serene hall, adorned with Brahma Kumaris’ symbols, provided a perfect backdrop for her teachings on spiritual growth and positive karma, resonating deeply with the audience.

Mustafa Ajmeri, CEO of Global Entertainment and Media Services and the event organizer, lauded Sister Shivani’s impactful session. “BK Sister Shivani mesmerized the audience with her speech on the Power of Decision Making,” he remarked, expressing gratitude to the volunteers and community leaders who contributed to the success of the event.

In recognition of her contributions, Sister Shivani was honored with various accolades, including a plaque from Dr. Jagdish and Mrs. Madhu Sheth, a tree planting ceremony led by Global Mall’s owner Shiv Aggarwal, and the prestigious Paul Harris Pin from the Rotary Club of Emory Druid Hills.

Sister Shivani’s visit to Atlanta was marked by a significant call to action for attendees to integrate daily meditation and spiritual awareness into their lives.

Her focus on mastering the mind and detaching from material concerns served as a reminder of the impermanence of worldly possessions and the importance of spiritual well-being.
