Avantika Vandanapu, famous for her role in 'Mean Girls', really wants to act in Indian movies. She grew up loving Shah Rukh Khan's movies like 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' and 'Veer Zaara'.

Avantika is going to be in a new Hindi TV show called 'Big Girls Don't Cry'. She said it feels amazing to come back to India and lead a show after starting as a child actor. "It's like a dream come true," she mentioned.

From a young age, Avantika loved watching Indian movies directed by Yash Chopra, such as 'Chandni', 'DDLJ', and 'Darr'. She said these movies made her fall in love with Bollywood because of their colors, emotions, and joy. Now, she's excited to become a part of Bollywood herself.

Avantika was born into an Indian family that speaks Telugu and has been a part of several Hollywood movies, including 'Spin' and 'Senior Years'.

She hopes to work with famous Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone someday. Avantika admires many actors and directors in Bollywood and is looking forward to working with them.

In her new series 'Big Girls Don't Cry', she's working alongside stars like Pooja Bhatt and Raima Sen.

Avantika isn't leaving Hollywood yet, as she's also working on a new movie called 'Tarot', a supernatural horror film set to come out later this year.
